This policy describes how Restore Collective ("Restore," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information shared with us. We've kept this short and plain on purpose — if anything is unclear, reach out and we'll explain.
What we collect
When you contact us through our website form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, team size, and any message you share.
When a company becomes a Restore partner, we collect a roster from HR for the purpose of delivering the program. This typically includes:
- Employee names
- A shipping address for the seasonal Restore Box
- Individual email addresses, for delivery of the monthly Restore Note
How we use this information
We use roster information solely to deliver Restore — shipping seasonal boxes and sending the monthly note directly to each team member. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry.
How we store and protect information
Rosters and contact information are stored securely and accessed only by Restore. We retain employee information for as long as a company remains a Restore partner, and remove it upon request or when a partnership ends.
Third-party services
We may use third-party tools to send the monthly Restore Note (such as an email delivery platform) and to receive website form submissions (such as our hosting provider's form service). These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
Your choices
If you're an employee at a partner company and would like to be removed from the Restore Note mailing list, you can unsubscribe directly from any note, or your HR contact can let us know.
If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date above. We'll always aim to keep things simple and clear.
